Information for free traders, including gas station registration
If you wish to start accepting the Multi Tank Card fuel card at your gas station, you will need to register with us first. A registration form can be found at the bottom of this page. This PDF document can be downloaded and printed. Please send the fully completed and signed form to:

Incomplete or incorrectly filled out forms will not be processed. Only gas stations that are NOT associated with an oil company can apply here directly, otherwise you need to contact your oil company first before registering. Only ‘online’ gas stations can join. The gas stations must have a connection with the Multi Tank Card validation host for online verification. After we have received your completed registration form and the contract, we will send you a user name and password, which will give you access to the e-Flex application. Then you will need to enter the data for one or more or your organization’s gas stations into the system. The e-Flex system is available 24 hours a day for registration, cancellation and mutations regarding your gas stations information. The registration number that appears after you have registered you gas station must be submitted to the processing centre.

Here can download and print the correction form in PDF format for gas pump changes. After completing this form you can send it in together with the cash register receipts. Incomplete forms will not be processed nor will they be returned.

Gas station information mutations only online
All information regarding your gas station (registration, cancellation or changes) that we receive via post or fax will not be processed. You are responsible for entering the information for your gas station information into our system. The online information you have entered will be processed in the databases in real time. Therefore, all changes will be immediately available.
Trade volume information and retrieving duplicate forms
e-Flex allows you to retrieve information also. For instance you can retrieve all information regarding your trade volume via the Multi Tank Card fuel card. You can do so for one or more gas stations (gas station management). Moreover you can apply for duplicate invoices under the option ‘invoice and attachment’ in the e-Flex system.
